How is postage calculated
Postage is calculated according to basket weight:

| 101 - 250g | £1.88 | |
| 251 - 500g | £2.34 | |
| 501 - 750g | £2.88 | |
| 751 - 1000g | £3.42 | |
| 1001 - 1250g | £4.75 | |
| Each further 250g | + 75p |
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment so long as they are in stock and we endeavour to deliver all items within 7 working days. In the event that a product is out of stock we will contact you within 7 working days to offer you either a full refund or a firm date for delivery.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
How do I return or exchange an order
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. We would suggest reusing the original packaging as wrapping.
Please list the items you are returning, the reason you are returning it, and what you would like in exchange or refund. Please include a copy of your receipt.
Please use the correct address, this can be found on the delivery note or receipt.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods are returned to Waddlers at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
