Waddlers Handmade Soaps
Our chunky 140g handmade cold processed soaps are all made by saponifying vegetable oils. This process begins in the pot and continues in the mould.
The soap is removed from the mould after a couple of days, cut and left to cure for a minimum of 4 weeks. This allows the saponification process to finish and hardens the bar. The finished bar is no longer caustic but a moisturising, gentle and mild soap.
The glycerine which is formed during the process is still in the soap along with essential oils, added nutrients and natural colourings.
